Host owns telecoms patents granted in UK and Australia, and is filed in the US (2001). These patents cover transmitted mixed media (audio/visual) messages that supplement the conventional connection protocol (the ring tone).
Host has prima facie rights to license, freedoms to operate, and offers barriers to competition in a mobile genre that has huge untapped revenue potential.
Following a recent approach for purchase (or license) of our patents and the apparent competition for IPR assets in the area. Host has reconsidered its strategic approach is now looking to actively market its Patents either for license or outright sale.
